POSITION:

Data Reviewer (one year contract)

LOCATION:

Contract Research Division – Scarborough, ON

REPORTING TO:

Supervisor, Analysis Group

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Review all raw data for method validation and bioanalytical studies produced in the Bioanalytical Lab
• Review analytical methods and reports for completion and compliance with GLP, FDA and HPB regulations
• Follow-up on all responses to QA reports prior to Management review.
• Ensure the accuracy of calculations and that the testing methods and SOPs have been followed during the performance of the Bioanalytical analysis.
• Willing to work shifts and flexible for overtime hours.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, biochemistry or analytical chemistry.
• Experience in bioanalytical assays and chromatography an asset
• Experience in GLP, compliance with HPB and FDA is an asset
• In-depth knowledge of laboratory operations and analytical techniques
• Requires excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Requires good interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge Microsoft Word and Excel  (windows environment) an asset.
• Familiarly with LIMS program.
