QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: |
- The incumbent who possesses knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to GCP, applicable GLP, cGMP and ICH is an asset.
- Proficient use of relevant computer software packages in a Windows environment (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary.
- Good writing and keyboarding skills, and a strong command of the English language.
- Ability to interact with all departments on a professional level
- A minimum of two years of call center customer care experience preferably in a technical environment. Experience in a CRO is an asset.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to organize and accommodate for time-constraints, as well as the skills to analyze and resolve problems
