Supervisor, Recruiting & Clinical Contact Centre

REPORTING TO:

Manager, Recruiting & Clinical Contact Centre

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Conducts all assigned tasks in compliance with applicable company SOP’s, GCP, regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Plans recruiting schedule according to the screening schedule & recruiting strategies
• Develops a strategic recruiting plan and implements outlined recruitment initiatives.
• Monitors the effectiveness of recruiting strategies through the assessment of statistics such as number of incoming calls, number of booked medicals, etc.
• Tracks subject retention and develops/implements strategies to promote or increase subject retention.
• Assist in developing strategies to maintain an adequate subject base (including male, female and patient population) to meet projected clinic activity;
• Audits data entry and provides feedback to Recruiters when necessary.  Responsible for ensuring data entered in database is done according to SOP’s.
• Develops & presents training programs for recruiting staff as needed.
• Determine staffing requirements in collaboration with Manager to optimize resources.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Sound knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements
• Diploma or degree from a recognized post-secondary education institution or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years clinical research experience
• Highly developed decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule as well as to adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to multi-task through having highly developed organizational and time management skills
• Strong team player
• Intermediate computer skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
