The Biovail Contract Research clinics provide a dormitory-like setting for more than 200 volunteers, each with separate sleeping areas, shower and toilets for men and women, a dining area, a TV lounge, and an area for eating, socializing, and reading. We want to make study participants feel comfortable, safe and at home in a clean, relaxing atmosphere during their stay at Biovail Contract Research. During the study, study volunteers can play board games or cards, watch a movie from our library of selected videos, read books, newspapers or magazines, or work on their laptop with the available internet access. The modern in-house bioanalytical laboratory at Biovail Contract Research is equipped with the latest HPLC, LC-MS, and LC-MS/MS technology, and is staffed with experienced bioanalytical professionals. This laboratory is mainly responsible for the analysis of drugs and metabolites in biological samples from clinical trials and preclinical studies.
